  2. Season-specific routines:
    Adjusting lifestyle practices, such as changing sleep patterns, exercise routines, and self-care rituals (like Abhyanga or oil massage), helps the body cope with the new season. These practices support the body’s natural detoxification and rejuvenation during Ritu Sandhi.

  3. Digestive support:
    During the transitional period, digestive fire (Agni) can be weakened. Eating smaller, lighter meals and incorporating spices like ginger, cumin, and fennel can help stimulate digestion and prevent the accumulation of toxins (Ama).
